Each package can be customised to suit your needs and there are a range of add on services, including exclusive discounts on our whole product range when purchasing one of our wedding packages.

Diamond Package

Our diamond package is for those who have confidently taken care of their planning but would like some extra support before the big day arrives.
Our role in the diamond package would be to ensure that all of your vendors have a point of contact that is not you but us; ensuring you & your loved ones can focus solely on getting ready, taking pictures and soaking up every moment without a hitch.

Our role is to provide a run sheet of your day, work alongside your vendors, set-up & style your ceremony & reception spaces under your pre planned guidance so that the day looks and runs exactly like you planned.

Gold Package
 (on the day coordination only)

Our on the day gold coordination package is for you if you have already booked an all inclusive venue or a wedding stylist. Our on the day gold coordination package will provide a smooth and seamless bridal party & guest experience as we manage the day from the ceremony until your very last guest leaves.

This package includes vendor confirmations, run sheet for the wedding day and a full day of coordination from the team at WA bridal boutique

Silver Package
 (set up only)

Our Silver wedding package is perfect for those who have confidently pre planned their wedding day and are ready to just relax with family and friends whislt getting ready.
This package includes the WA bridal boutique team arriving at your venue the morning to set up your space exactly as you envisioned. The Silver package set up will include everything from styling your table settings & ceremony chairs to cake & Memorial tables exactly as you planned it - without the stress of doing it yourself.

*All packages restricted to Auckland based weddings only subject to our availability. Bookings must be booked at least one month in advance

Diamand Package;

*All inclusive as description states with set up of up to 50 guests. If you have more than 50 guests please contact for a custom quote
*Does not include set- down or clean up after your reception. Any damages to vendor property caused by guests will be the wedding parties responsibility

Gold Package;

*All inclusive as description states with on the day Co ordination of up to 4 hours from reception to ceremony. If you require extra hours please contact for a custom quote
*Does not include set up or style of ceremony or reception
*Any damages to vendor property caused by guests will be the wedding parties responsibility

Silver Package;

*All inclusive as description states with set up of up to 50 guests. If you have more than 50 guests please contact for a custom quote
*Does not include set- down or clean up after your reception. Any damages to vendor property caused by guests will be the wedding parties responsibility
*Does not include set up of marquees/ canopies or advanced light & sound systems- however we are happy to work with your wedding venue vendor to ensure your needs are met
